Ordered a garden kneeler seen on Facebook 07/07/2020. Title was:
2020 Best Gift Promotion - Garden Kneeler. $15.99. Had picture of the kneeler but no mention of company name nor did I know it was located in China. Entry on bank statement only displayed PayPal - Christi. It is very confusing to know who to communicate with. There was a small card in the shipping envelope stating: Kindly Notice: *Complaint-Suggestion & Refund. PayPal and credit card takes time. *Contact us: [email protected] Saving your time and offer you VIP service. Was ordered on 07/07 and received on 08/07. Received a hard piece of foam measuring 3/4 x 7 x 16 inches and mailing label stated kneepad. I communicated with the above provided email address many times beginning the evening of 08/07 and continuing through this morning. They claim I ordered a kneepad and not a kneeler. Offered to take 15% off the $15.99 purchase price and I stated it was unacceptable bu I would promptly report them to Facebook, PayPal and The United States Federal Trade Commission for deceptive advertising practices. I can no longer find the add for reporting to Facebook and have not been successful with PayPal. It appears to be a big scam from viewing the complaints on Most all are similar to mine.

I ordered a " Garden Kneeler" from an ad on facebook. When the package arrived, it was missing the frame that you attach the foam part to. Two canvas pockets were also in the bag. I thought maybe the frame was coming separately. A week later I emailed them and told them I had not received the frame, and would they send me one. They asked for the address label, which I did not have. I had thrown it away. They said I could return it, but that I would have to pay for the return, and it would cost me 20.00 dollars. Or they could refund me 20% of what I paid up front. Stating how generous that offer was, and I could keep the parts.
I refused that offer and asked again for the frame, and they said they could not do that. Then they offered 15% refund. That also was refused by me as unacceptable.

I ordered the Garden Kneeler/seat July 4, 2020. I received two kneeler pads and two side pockets, but no frame for kneeling or sitting. I sent several emails to the contact person and was first told I would need to send photos of the items sent with the shipping envelope. I did that. Christine then said they would look into the complaint. Later when I questioned what was happening, I was told they sent what I ordered. I have kept all correspondence and the original PayPal order which clearly states I ordered the Garden Kneeler/Seat. Like others who have had a similar experience, I was told I could return the two rubber kneeler pads at my expense $20.00 US. I am so frustrated with this company. Nowhere in the ad do they say where they are located (China).

I ordered a garden kneeler online and received a cheap pad that I could have bought at the dollar store. The product was supposed to be a sturdy device with handles to be able to kneel easily in the garden and then push yourself back up. I contacted the company and they only offered me a 30% refund. I explained that they did not send me what I ordered and told them that they could either send me the correct product or give me a full refund. They advised me that if I wanted a full refund then I would have to ship the pad back at my expense for $20.00. I filed a dispute with paypal so I'm sure that I will get my money back. However, I did some research on this company and they have committed this exact same scam to many other people as well. Please check out this link: I have photos of what I (and others) bought and what we received. One more thing: The company seems based out of The United Kingdom but the package shipped from China. They need to be stopped.
Update: I received a full refund from paypal and also reported this company to the FTC.

Total Fraud from beginning to end

I have just received my ‘Garden Kneeler’, ordered in July, 2020. I was under the impression, as demonstrated in your advertising that I was to receive a ‘Garden Kneeler’,
Instead of the former, I received a piece of foam that is only PART of the Garden Kneeler, as shown in the attached photo.
I would like to know where the frame is for this piece of foam as well as any other parts which are obviously missing.
If you cannot provide me with the latter, I would like to have the EXACT shipping address so that I can receive a full refund.
I received an answer from Gary saying he was very sorry for the misunderstanding and that he could offer me a 10% refund. When I said no, in a subsequent email, the same person offered me a 30% discount which he claims was coerced out of his manager.
In other words, all I am left with is a cheap foam pad and NO SATISFACTION.
I have not, as of yet, had any satisfaction from Paypal either who, when contacted, told me to deal with the supplier.
They seem to wash their hands of this problem since they satisfied the money requirements asked for by a scammer for a valueless product. Now I am thinking of cancelling my Paypal account since they do not seem to vet their supply clients but must surely vet their paying clients.
