We contacted this business through their website and had several email conversations with them. We agreed, I paid them $1000 and they promised delivery several times. No bird has been delivered and now they are not answering my emails or phone calls. They have never been available through the phone.

Instagram SCAM account

  • Monetary Loss: $700.00
This IG account post pictures of puppies for sale. They lowball the price of the puppies and claims that they will ship to you. They are now taking zelle payments only. You cannot get this money back. I sent 700.00 to them and when they supposedly tried shipping the puppy, they came back to me and said that they needed 550.00 more dollars. I asked the name of the company and they told me Atlantic Chariot Movers. I looked this company up and it show up on this site as a scammer. I then confronted them about this and they went silent. I tried reporting them to Instagram, but they do not have an option to report scammed accounts.

Sent $500.00 via Western Union to Arkansas for Chihuahua named Diva. Contacted by breeder that arrangements made. Received email from transporter with flight times. Later received email from transporter that I needed to send additional $750.00 for insurance that would be 98% refundable on arrival. Through research found this to be commonly used scam.

Scammed over Max the teacup Yorkie

  • by: Greenlizard22
  • #58399
  • Apr 29, 2019
  • Monetary Loss: $11502
On approximately April 22, 2019 I contacted a seller in Virginia of teacup Yorkie puppies about a puppy he had named Max. I was interested in purchasing Max and he told me the sale price was $200 which was good. I told him I would like to make the sale and get Max to my home in Florida right away. He said he could have him to me by the end of the day.
I made my payment through PayPal and when he got the the delivery agency there was a payment of $50 due to ship Max and I said fine I would pay it. I did this through PayPal also. Then Max was flown to TN for some unknown reason and when he got there they told us he had to have a Cites form which was going to cost another $700. Then Max was supposed to be on his way to Florida to me. Then I find out he is in Georgia and he needs a puppy passport and they tell me it is going to cost another $1400. By this time I have been contacted by another breeder I had checked with about one of her dogs and she has assured me this can be protocol by shippers. So the seller and I are trying to figure out a way to come up with the money. I manage to come up with the money with a little of his help. and they tell me if I have it all by Friday morning Max will not be put in quarantine. I pay it all by Friday morning but I have to use Walmart cards to finish it off which I was totally against but had no other recourse. I have all the cards and numbers. Even though I paid it as said they still put Max in quarantine and then told me I had to pay another $5000 to get him out of quarantine or I would be facing animal abandonment charges. I have gone around and around with them over their telling me he would not be put in quarantine and then them doing it anyway. I paid another $1100 dollars today, Monday, April 29, 2019, to try and get them to settle with that and send Max on his way here and just refund me the amount already paid since they say all this money is refundable 100% in cash upon Max being delivered. I told them it better be because I need my money back. I only owe $700 more according to them but they won't settle for that. They say they have to have to whole $12102 before they can release Max and then send him and my full refund in cash to me. If they are refunding me anyway I do not see why they cannot send him minus the $700. I need help to resolve this or find these scammers and the seller if he is in on this which I sort of think he is. I need my money back. If it is ligit I still need Max and the refund 100% they have promised. I have way more documents than the file allows.
