I've been scammed by Philip Simons and Chronos Express
Jan 31, 2016
Monetary Loss: $2925
Simons offered 3 abyssinian kittens Mika, Bella and Shana free. He arranged for a female kitten to be sent to me via Chronos Express. I paid $300 for original travel, then she needed a special crate because she was under 6 months, another $525. Then she needed 2 vaccinations which Simons paid for, but I paid another $1140 for a new insurance policy as the last one expired, then during a layover in Minnesota, I was asked to pay $660 more for a Cites certificate. I was to get a check for $2625 to cover these extra expenses when they delivered the cat. Simons was very sympathetic to my frustration as was Chronos. The cat was never delivered and money never returned.

I am helping my friend rehome a puppy on eBay classified. The puppy is $600. And the person who named Mark Willams contact me said he lives in las vegas and he wanna buy the puppy. He ask us to give him a price including everything we said 1200 including vaccines , certificate , vet check , micro chip and also shipping. He said he will talk to us after his meeting. And he didn't reply so we think he doesn't want the puppy. But after 3 days he ask me if I receive his check or not. I go and check the mail box. I receive a cashier's check from him. And he sent 4000 ! Not 1200 ! So I ask him I need refund. Then he said I keep the price for puppy and an extra 100 and send the rest to his pet shipper. I told him that the shipper can't be that expensive but he said he trust his shipper and ask me to send money gram. He gave me a name Gaye Gundlach. I never send it before so I said after the fund clear I will send. He agreed. When Monday I said I can send to him he is so hurry to ask me send and use a different number call me the number is 7753468048 .( He use 2132944782 to text me. ) he is keep saying he will report to FBI scam report so I feel strange. I didn't send to him. I said I wanna refund all his money back to him. I need his address I can send him a cashier's check under his name. He never told me the address. And he said I can send by bank to his wife Tonya Prince and gave me the account info. I keep asking about his address I wanna send a check. He said he already report and give me a case number. I don't know what to do now. I wanna refund his money. But I don't know if he can cancel the check after I pay him back or not. Really strange .
I purchased a "puppy" by paying through Western Union. Then I receive another email from Unipet transport stating I owe them $700 to transport the pet. Then, "James, said the website was down and I had to pay Western Union and they would email me the address or text it to me. The site does not have a phone number or a contact person. There is no address
This person is posting on multiple puppy sites with pictures of puppies (french bulldog dogs are what I was looking for, and there may be more). As soon as you text them they ask for your email to send you additional Info about their "available puppies". They are saying the puppies are 400.00- which I personally did not lose because I caught on before it went any further. I asked for a pic of a puppy with today's newspaper/date before I gave them any of my info, and never heard back. But while waiting for a response I started looking for different puppies in other surrounding states nearby, and noticed the same exact puppy/phone number/etc.... But it listed a different town/state as the location. I am reporting them bc someone is going to have their heart set on a new puppy and end up getting hacked or scammed. Please help catch these people!!
Classic puppy scam, they told me they were flying out a dog that I was paying for and then it was delayed and at the delay suddenly a vet needed to check the dogs out and they tried charging me $350 extra for vaccines that he didn't need.
