Caller said because I have such good credit, his company can reduce my interest rate on all my Visas & Master Cards. He knew which banks I had them, with the exception of Capital 1. He thought I had a card with them. I keep getting offers but decline every time. When I started asking questions, he hung up on me. I'm concerned this is a fraud call. I called back the number that showed on my screen but it just rang & rang until it finally disconnected. The number I dialed is 916-877-0225.
