I ordered a wig more than 3 months ago for it to arrive a month later (ordered in July to arrive in August). It is now October and the order still shows as "delivered to airline" on the tracker. And on other trackers it shows as red keaning tracking has expired. I have tried on numerous occassions to get my koney back and to contact them hut they never reply to my emails and when thwy did once they told.me something unrelated to my frustrations and request. I was shocked when I only later decided to pook for reviews and none were good, all were bad and spoke of synthetic hair. The company has given itself a new name instead of perfehair they are noe queen style sellinh lies. Unfortunately I used a master card and not paypal. Is there a way I could get my money back perhaps?
