My 11 year old daughter saw a baby she really wanted from rebirth dolls so she spend her birthday money to order it and then it didn't come in for over a month. Once we received it, it was not what was shown on the website. It looked completely different and was the ugliest doll you ever saw. She cried like a baby bc she was so excited to get this doll and checked the mail every single day. I emailed them back from the email I received from them regarding when it was shipped and I got a Mailer Demon back saying that the email account that you tried to reach is disabled. It showed it was delivered from California but im pretty positive it came from China. I think the website should be shut down so it can not scam anyone else. You also cannot call anyone about it, they have no number listed. I should of known better so I am very mad at myself.

I ordered a 17 inch full body silicone emelin rebirth doll and when I didn't receive the process confirmation my spice Spidey senses went out I contacted the company to confirm that they were in the process of making my order and had yet to ship it they contacted me back with broken English so I'm not even sure they understood what I was concerned about. A month later I received an email that my order has been shipped and about two weeks later I received my order in the mail I was so excited I recorded the box opening so I could post it on YouTube. To my dismay when I open the box I immediately noticed the hair colour on the baby was wrong instead of the strawberry blond hair that was individually inserted including eyelashes I received cheap black synthetic hair in clumps attached to the scalp and then I noticed the eyelashes were not individual inserted but a false strip glued on my rebirth doll had arrived but it was not what I had ordered after further inspection the doll again dismayed I noticed instead of a full silicone body the doll had a cloth body again not what I ordered.I emailed the company immediately and got a bounce back email saying that their email account had been disconnected or disabled. I contacted the website directly and noticed that they had changed their email account server instead of to a Gmail it was to a customer I left my review on their website I contacted their refunds exchange but so far it's blatantly obvious that I have been scammed.I was thoroughly looking forward to receiving this and so incredibly disappointed when I did I hope to God that some parents out there don't buy this gift for their child. Buyer beware they do use images from the reborn official site claiming that they do the work buyer beware they are not delivering to you what you order Empire beware do not expect customer service because they do not speak English and clearly there online translator is not sufficient for communication I have zero hopes for any any refunds I've been scammed. Merry Christmas everyone.

Ordered reborn doll online off
Never arrived. Never received tracking information. Ordered in November, emailed for status of my order and nobody responds. No phone number on any of these scam sites, obviously. Email: [email protected]
