I have been scamed by Research Rewards. they called, it was a woman prompting me that I had a chance to win a @00 dollar gift card at no charge and all this. I took the survey and then was directed to a guy that which I had words with. He wanted a credit card number, at that point I knew it was a scam.

Got a call from a lady saying "Congratulations, that I have won a chance to get a gift card from walmart, target, or walgreen!" Asked random questions about health, and didn't give me a chance to talk. So I hung up, and called back, and an automated message answered saying the same thing.

Asked about diabetes in family and if I wanted certain deals. I came to this site to find which scam it was and I didn't need to go further. Obviously money is not free. Buying a scratch ticket is the better bet to win 200$ to wal-Mart id say. Just a scam....

Robo Telemarket code Survey scam

Got a call, one of many, always from a different phone number which is spoofed as someone's home phone, or my own! Sometimes silence, as I say Hello? Who is this? (Never say "yes"). #69 reveals and if I call, there's a cheerful recorded female voice telling me about a $200 credit card giveaway for Walmart or other store, if I will only complete a survey. I researched them on Whois.net:
Researchrewards.net has not posted any person to complain to. They are listed on whois.net as the following, but their Registry Expires on August 4 2018, so how do you deal with anonymous people who are paying for a robo-caller from somewhere in the world? You could ask the FTC and FBI and ICANN to work together to identify the owner of the router allowing this to run through their damiens and servers.

Local number thought it was family

The call came in at about a quarter to 9 est. We answered and Lindsay advised I was qualified for a 200 dollar Walmart Walgreens or Target gift card. Mind you this was on my home phone where my elderly mother lives as well. We shop at Walmart a lot and 200 dollars could come in handy so I agreed to the short recorded survey to see what the catch was. It asks about a surgical procedure and if anyone in our household had suffered from complications. After pressing 2 for no. The same question repeated. Again I did 2 for no. Then the same question repeated. It did this 4 times before disconnecting. Now if my mother would have had this procedure there is no telling what info she would have given as it was an offer for an attorney. Do not give in to these fools!!

Telephone scam

I got a call to my home phone saying I was eligible for a gift card if I completed a survey that would take less than a min, and no purchase was necessary to qualify. The entire survey consisted of asking if I was interested in purchasing products or services and after declining interest, was told that they were sorry I didn't now qualify. Even though I lost no money by this ridiculous attempt at scamming, I am absolutely appalled and disgusted. The call took much longer than a minute and was obviously set up to take advantage of people like myself who have minimal income who will stay on the phone and possibly order something in hopes of receiving the promised gift card to help get through the month. I have filled out many surveys prior which ask for income amount, so I am now flagged as a potential idiot to fall for this scam. In the past, I have tried to order a product during a phone call such as this because I really needed the gift card which superseded amount of the purchase.
Thankfully since I carry only a refillable card, I was told that my card is not acceptable for ordering through them. Please do what you can to put an end to this type of thing as I am sure there are many desperate people who have been victimized
