I ordered a POWER HAND SAW and received a basic cheap hand saw. I requested a full refund. He offered me less then half the price I paid. I declined the offer. Its been hell getting a refund. He wants me to ship the saw back to get a refund. I called the UPS store and it will cost me $80.00 to $100.00 to send it to China. There's an return address on the envelope that's in C.A. He (SELLER) is refusing me to return it to that address. It's not convenience for him! This has been a shady ordeal.

Fraudulent Mail Solicitation

These people mail out the attached solicitation as if they have control of renewing a website or e-mail domain, over which they have no relationship at all. They may add it to a list they maintain to remind themselves to solicit you again next year. But your money is wasted if you send them anything. They do not control the domain they indicate. It's like asking you for funds to keep your driver's license current. Many will fall for this.

Horrible job re-painting my table and chairs

  • Monetary Loss: $1425.00
I called this company to have my black table and four chairs repainted. I was instructed to buy the oil-based paint ($100) and then was told it was the wrong kind. B & R repainted all right, sloppiest job ever, painted over dust, hair, fabric on chairs. Allowed to dry in a dirty room that attracted hair. I have to have them all redone for $900.00.
