Company failed to disclose that after I paid .50 cents for a background check it would changer me 26 dollars a month after.

I have been scammed by seekhd.com
I paid 50 cent for a trace of a phone number months ago. Now my card just got charged $26.95 and I didn't authorize them to take anything out of my account. I account is showing that it was taken and put my account in the negative.
