I was charged a one time charge of. 50 and after canceling assertive I was charged $26.95 without authorization.....I need help retrieving my refund

I used the sight once to get info and PAID $0.50 for it and that was more than 2 weeks ago and last night I found that they charged me $26.95 and they know i'm not using there service
I called the credit card and asked to stop payment because its FRAUD and no they told me i have to cancel that card and they need to send me new card
I just sent them a massage and hopefully we can resolve it fast

Message: There is a number to call because I have no idea what SeekHD WAS UNTIL I googled it. Never used it. The number is 18886557412. Plus email at refunds@seekhd.com. They took out 26.95 then took out another 16.88. I got the 26.95 back but still havent received the 16.88. It was under someone elses name and I said I have no idea who your talking about.
