I wanted to get a background check on my ex they were offering a 1.00 trial for 5 days then they would charge to the subriction I checked my card the next day and it was 10.95 I checked my emails and only revived a recpit for the promised 1.00 not 10.95 I called the number on their page and got a 3rd party billing based over seas that was very rude they told me because it was a prepaid card it automatically charges an extra 9.95 but dose not send you a receipt and you only verify a charge for a dollar

I tired to OPT OUT my client who has a minor child after stalker attempted to enter her private residence. The stalker admitted to finding her information on these search sites. She is also the victim of ident theft that was also information obtained from these search site. Seek verify removed her information for 1 day. They next day it was back up. The do not honor their OPT OUT policy if they think it can make them a few dollars of your information. Their call center operates out of the US and is answering service for over 300 companies! The representative for Seek very told me that personally. After digging deeper, I've learned that if you give them your credit card information they will not let you cancel. You will have an issue with them charging your credit card. This site is not safe or legitimate. I have filled a complaint with the FTC anyone who is experiencing the same problems. No response or charges or not allowing an OPT OUT process for safety, privacy, please contact the FTC. It is an easy process and it puts scammer like SeekVerify out of business.

I paid for a $1 background check and 2 days later was charged again 39.95 for a monthly subscription that I had not signed up for. The customer service agent was no help at all and stated that this company doesn't have a refund policy. After he proceeded to get rude I asked to speak with his supervisor and was told he was busy and if I continued to ask the same question he would drop the call.

Used this system for a one-time search and was charged an additional $39.95 for not recognizing their policy of requiring me to terminate the service for an additional month or possibly additional months. I have not used this service except for the one search, that I paid for, and have requested to be refunded for the charge that they said I incurred for $39.95. I do not disputee the $1.00 charge for the one search but I do dispute the charge for $39.95.
They told me they would not credit my account even though I only used the one search, they further indicated that this is their policy and explained that their website indicated this, I could not find this statement on their website after review.

I needed to do a background check on myself so agreed to the $1 fee and that was taking out my account...2 weeks I got a charge on my acct for 39.95. i used this site once it really didn't help find what i was looking for...Now im being charged on a monthly subscription, i spoke with customer svc and was feed the No refund BS...I think this site should be Flagged and Removed As soon as Possible.

Signed up for one-day access, been charged 39.95 dollars the next day without permission or receipt.
