In Feb 2019, spoke with someone through facebook messenger from "Selfie Sculpt" then placed an order on their website www.selfiesculpt.com for a figurine. Emailed pictures to [email protected] Was supposed to take a couple weeks. It has been months and they won't return email or messages. Can't reach anyone by phone either. I tried to track order on Instalux.com - doesn't work.

I believe I have been scammed by Selfie Sculpt

I have been scammed by Selfie Sculpt. I saw an advertisement on Facebook several months ago, sent them money for two orders, along with downloaded pictures of my mother from about 70 years ago. I'm thoroughly disgusted. Emails are not answered in a timely manner, the telephone number isn't even for their company, so you can't talk to anyone. Someone named "Sophie" responded and said that their team was working on my request, but in spite of numerous emails, I'm not getting anything concrete as to the status of my order, and it has been since late March that I began the process.
