I got scammed once again...

I received a text message from "AT&T" about a Christmas special for AT&T customers on December 26th at 11:23 am. It said that 'First 30 can redeem the NEW MacBook Pro as a present' and sent me the link... I stupidly fell for it while waiting for said "MacBook Pro" to arrive and sending email after email to the "person" who had sent me the order placement email. Upon seeing that there wasn't even a tracking option, I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if I could still get said laptop but alas..: it's never coming because I fell for it so I'm coming to hopefully get a refund? Please help.. I can't dispute the transaction...

Scammers to the fullest extent

Received an email about COVID and stated I would win a prize. After during the survey it stated I could choose from the different prizes and only pay shipping. I was hesitated and then choose the iPad with magic keyboard and shipping was 19.95. I noticed that they did not tell what they were actually charging I became suspicious and went to check my bank account. I could hear my daddy saying you do not get something for nothing. I saw a charge from Keto Lyte or something like that and I immediately called them and told them they were scammers and she said, "we are not scammers because we answered the phone" and I told her that they were scammers, liars, and also conniving. After they said they would give me a portion of my money and I told them I wanted it all. They kept trying to explain how it all work and that it is stated on the page and I told her it was not and that is the scam. At that point I was really enraged and kept repeating my song GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW or I will call the bank and the better business bureau because you are doing a lot of unsuspecting individuals like this. I hate companies or individuals that get over on people. Most of us are struggling and looking a break. Please watch out for these people they are unrelenting and they do not want to refund your money and to take double what they are asking is low-down and dirty.
