I ordered a 4.5 ft tree with programmable lights but received a 3-inch tree with no lights. The company offered a partial refund IF I returned the small tree.

I have email the company and they would not respond about the problem I am having, The wireless ear buds echo they poor quality and unusable. The watch is a gimmick along with the software that links to the phone, If you take the watch off and tap to take your pulse it is perfect same as software. I have a blood pressure machine. Mine is not perfect. The product was not delivered as promised. So I recommend researching site before purchasing on any unknown site. I found the ear buds on for 9.95 and the watch on 19.99 with free shipping. This order cost me 65.00 Canadian. Lesson learned don't get caught in these specials they are a scam.

I ordered a dog ramp in January 2021. It never came. I have sent at least 16 e-mails back to them telling them I never got the ramp. The last e-mail I sent and a few before that one it says the package was delivered to Reno Nevada. I live in San Jose, California 95138. It said to check my e-mail or my post office which is impossible because I don't live in Nevada. The tracking number says it is not found. My order number ID is ******. Tracking # is ********* My name is M.M.
