False advertising

I received an e-mail from Ty Cohen and Mike Balmaceda of They start out by telling you how much money you can make with their program. They are quick to say that it takes no up-front investment, and won't cost you any money to get started. I listened to a presentation for about two and a half hours. It did sound enticing, but near the end, they start telling you how much it will cost. The bottom line is that they want you to buy their program for $997 or two payments of $547 each. This is false and misleading advertising. I didn't lose any money because I exited the presentation, and did not pay them any money, but I think they should be required to honor their promise that their program does not require any up-front investment or expense.
