Un- authorized charge
I couldn't get any useful information whatsoever.
My bank shows a charge of $29.xx on November 2nd. That's clearly in violation of our agreement. I'm 76 years old, and have very little hope or ability to challenge this violation of our agreement. The service didn't work, anyway.. it only produced my estranged wife's old, old addresses
I'm very disappointed and on a very limited budget. Thanks.
