Despicable service

I have had Sprint since a July, 2018. Since July, 2018 I have has numerous dropped calls daily. In addition to dropped calls the voice quality is poor. The service is horrible and Sprint has done nothing to resolve the issue. I have gone to the service department and made many calls. Sprint has done nothing to resolve my issue.

Complete Scam and rip-off IPhone X-R

Since I purchased this IPhone XR I have had nothing but problems. The FaceTime feature never works properly. It’s always pause my conversations or tell me I have poor connections no matter where I’m at and it so extremely frustrating. Also I can’t use any data during a call. To be so expensive it’s very primitive. I called Sprint over 25 only to get the run around each time. Yell I’m still waiting on a manager/supervisor to call me back from over 2weeks ago. Sprint has the worst customer service perfect to match they service. After countless trips to the Sprint and Apple store today I find out that Sprint been knew about these bugs and are currently working to correct them. I’m confused on why Sprint wasted so much of my time. Of course since I been complaining about these issues from day 2 til now I feel deceived and I want to return my fairly new purchase and now these crooks trying to charge me 10000 to return them their product. What type of protection does the consumer have. I always held my end of the deal and paid my money on time Sprint failed to keep their end up. They mislead and misinformed me on this product. I would have never made the purchase had Sprint been transparent in the beginning!!! Not to mention I started out with hotspot that I didn’t authorize Sprint to remove from my account although they did it anyway. When I confronted Sprint my hotspots was supposed to be added on the 1st day of my billing cycle needless to say that I’m still currently without my hotspot. Sprint sucks

When I had moved from Tmobile to Sprint, they want for me to walk on the red carpet.
Starting for the first salesperson ingormed that they gift the Tablet only I will pay for the service. She's lied about it. Then they have gave me other several discounts. I I supossed to pay..$170 with every thing.
Also, the service here is terrible...International it's the worst.
Custimer services. Their employees mostly from speaking spanish spoken don't respect the customers, they never help they laughf and denying help. They used to pass from one person to another, and another. Some times I ened calling as 7 o 10 times to get the real service or I had a talk with supervises.
I am sorry, to said that about the speaking spanish people...because I speak Spanish, also I'm a sales person with excellent customer services and following up my sales.
Let me tell you, never I have seen in my life the so bad service as Spring Company. They are a thief .

I have been with Sprint for over 10 years and I allowed a friend to get 2 phone lines on my account and I bought a tablet that has never worked on sprints service . I bought a lg phone that got compromised. Someone broke into my gmail account and I could not use the 800 dollar LG phone and Sprint did nothing to help resolve my issues except to close my account and charge me more cash.
