I replied to an offer online for a skin cream trial at a cost of $4.95.
I received my Visa bill on August 20 with the charge of $4.95 dated July 3 and another charge by the same site of $89.75 dated July 17. When I called the tel. number I was told that since I didn't cancel within a certain time I was billed for a supply of that cream. Since I live in Belgium and won't be trying out the sample until October 1st when I arrve in the U.S. where I had the sample sent.
