Refusal to Issue a Refund

I ordered a pair of shoes on 9/13/20 and still have not received them. I asked for a refund and the company has failed to issue me a refund they send me a tracking number for a package that has remained in Hong Kong for months. When I say I want a refund they send me a tracking number for the package and tell me to wait. I have requested numerous times to be refunded and they have not done so.

Beware of rip-off

I ordered some shoe/boots on 11/23./20. The tracking number to UPS seven weeks later does not exist. They have told me since early December they will be arriving SOON but here we are....with nothing. They tell me some BS that the tracking number won't work until UPS actually has them IN THE CITY I LIVE IN! We all know that is not how it works with UPS. So the tracking number is fake. I've been asking for 2 weeks for a refund but they say the only way to get one is to return them. You can't return something you're never going to receive for that refund. I have reported them to the BBB who states the complaint will also go to other agencies. Although I'm out almost $45, let this be a warning to others that they are rip-offs and you'll never see the merchandise or money ever. You lost to some major scam artists from Hong Kong.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in September. In November I finally got a package from them but it only had the cheaper pair of shoes in it. On the website they claim both pairs were delivered in the package. They refuse to give a refund or send the more expensive pair and continue to lie saying it must be in customs. Different packages get different tracking numbers but they only have the one showing delivered for both pairs although the admitted in email that they would have been in different packaging. Facebook is filled with other people also reporting the same.

Ordered 11/29. Checked tracking number 12/2, and it appeared valid. A week later nothing had changed on tracking. Contacted the company and they assured me it shipped and I’d get my order but it was taking longer due to COVID. Checked a week later and still nothing had changed. UPS said order should be considered lost. Company refuses to issue refund or replacement. They keep telling me to be patient.

On December 1st I placed an ordered through the website susie clothes that is advertising on Facebook and Google internet I ordered 3 pair of shoes that came to a total of over $180.00. It is now January 19th 2021 still have not received my purchase items. I've reached out to the email they provided and all they keep replying back is sorry for the delay your order will arrive soon have a good day. They do not provide a contact customer service number and will not give a refund knowing I never received my items. Now they are avoiding me emails.

Refuse to provide tracking information or cancel for refund

On November 17th I order two pairs of boots. November 19th there was a tracking number for UPS assigned. Sometime during December I checked - no movement, checked again on December 22 - tracking date changed from November 19th to December 20. I have been writing and checking the tracking. No movement on the item, UPS claims the number isn't valid. Grace at SusieCloth said she would push it along with the carrier - I have tried several times to get a contract person at the carrier (whom ever it may be - Hong Kong or UPS). I have also requested to cancel my order since it hasn't left Hong Kong and receive a refund.
