I bought 2 sergers for a great price but I never received them. I contacted them and they told me it was delayed due to covid 19. But the website that I bought it from is no longer up and running. I had to contact my bank to get a refund. Please don’t buy from them. I will not be buying from any vendors that aren’t in the USA going forward. I hope anyone shopping for anything stays within the USA just to insure you won’t get ripped off.

Never received the sewing machine

Monetary Loss: $56.19
They sent me a paper mask instead of a sewing machine. Led me on for weeks with their emails and tracking numbers,.
Paid for a sewing machine, received a tracking number in an email, followed package with 17TRACK, received an envelope with two 25 cent dust masks. Petitioned for a refund through PayPal, teenserge offered partial refund which I declined, PayPal renegotiated the deal- I get a full refund if I return masks (with a tracking number) which is gonna cost $10+... BUT I'm going to do it to hold them accountable. Lesson learned, hopefully I won't get fooled again.
