As with all of the other complaints listed for Thermo Burn Club or any other complaints about the deceptive advertising practices of other companies that are offering Try it For Free ads. In most situations places like the BBB could not even track down these companies. I was a victim of one of these scams. I spent about a week trying to find the company that fraudulently took my funds. After having no success trying to track the company down and not finding a brick and mortar building I turned to my bank. The best thing to do is go to your bank and dispute the charges. Funds are sent to an account somewhere. So that is what we did. I and my bank follow the name that was provided to where my funds went. It took about two weeks but the company listed for the transaction reversed the funds they fraudulently took back into my bank account, Also and I know this will be a hassle but CANCEL your debit/credit card. It will stop the so called company from withdrawing any more of your money from any accounts you have. They have misleading wording in the Terms and Conditions that will give them permission to charge you for various things on a monthly basis if you having cancelled your enrollment that was automatic by ordering their product. So make sure you cancel any and all memberships and make sure you get a confirmation number for each separate membership. The best possible way to get your money back is to (1.) Call your bank to dispute any and all charges from the company. (2.)Cancel your Debit/Credit card. (3.)Call and cancel any and all memberships or automatic shipping of their products and get a confirmation number for each membership. In the end your money got sent somewhere. It isn't floating around in space. It went to an account somewhere. So Follow the Money.

Monetary Loss: $85.90
I was suppose tobe chatged 5.95 and the charged my card for 85.90
I ordered a Sample bottle of CBD capsules and was supposed to be charged $5.95 for shipping but once I entered my Billing info I was charged 54.90 and 85.90. My receipt showed that I could get a rebate with a phone number to call.1- 844-883-0994 which does not work. When dialed a message states this number cannot be reached. On the receipt it also states I am now enrolled in the Thermoburn Club. That website has a Customer service option to message them that also does not work.
