I placed an order from an ad I saw on Facebook for a little retro Nintendo NES on 12/17/2017. I was emailed an order confirmation and the money was taken immediately. I didn't hear anything for several weeks, and figured it was due to the holidays, but then I saw 'reviews' from people who had ordered after me and already had their system. I emailed them several times after that, but heard nothing. After almost 2 months of silence, I filed a fraud claim with my bank.

Facebook Ad Scam

I placed an order for The Nintendo. Classic Retro Gaming console, through the Trendy Picks ad on Facebook. I paid $54.80 which included the lifetime warranty. I received a confirmation email, however none of the numbers worked to track the order though shipping process and I have never received another email from this company since, I have never received response back to my emails to them either. I read the Faq's on the site which advised, it could take 20-30 days for shipping. I emailed trendy picks at least 4 different times in regards to the status of my order I had even asked for a refund before their 30 day refund policy had expired. Now it is 2/7/18 still No Response whatsoever from Trendy Picks or "Janice Monroe". I'm out $54.80 which they gladly helped them selves to out of my account & its funny the site advises that it takes 20-30 for shipping on larger items ...that's the same time frame as there expirable refund policy. So I'm out some money, but what really upset me was I also have 5 very disappointed children and a husband especially Christmas morning because this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
