This company is a COMPLETE SCAM. They will take your money and refuse to ship product and refuse to respond to any emails to the "customer service" emails. STAY AWAY. Why won't the BBB shut these people down?

Online order never received

On 4/11 I placed online order through Whatsmode.com. On 5/7 I e-mailed customer service and the e-mail response from Uriel on 5/7 was that my order had the incorrect USP tracking number and that he would get back to me with the correct tracking number. 5/8 I sent a follow up
e-mail. On 5/10 after two days of not receiving the correct tracking number from the USP I received an e-mail from Jairo of customer service in which he provided a tracking number. With the following: According to USPS they are currently (awaiting for the package)?
The tracking number is: ×××××
This order was placed a month ago with my ban account charged on 4/11 and as of today 5/11 no package to track. No phone number to call Whatsmode directly. This has been the worst experience and I feel this company is a scam.

I ordered boots back in March and never received them. I’ve sent them multiple emails. After my complaints, they sent me a fake tracking number. It said the order does not exist. They stopped answering my emails and today I had to file a dispute with my credit union.

I ordered a dress from whatsmode, and received an email that my package has shipped. when i checked the tracking number, it states that the usps is currently awaiting package. it has said this for one month now. i emailed the company, after two weeks, they responded with an email stating that they were delayed on shipping-which contradicts the previous it has shipped email. so i waited and sent one more email asking why they sent the shipped email if it hasnt shipped and told them id rather just have a refund. of course no response. it has now been two weeks since my last email and im a**uming ill never see a refund, or my dress. i would love to see this company shut down!!!! they are getting away with taking money from people with no intentions of sending a product. id also love to have my money back.

Whatsmode SCAM ALERT

  • Monetary Loss: $89.99
Placed 2 separate orders in early March 2018 and have not received them. They bait & switch items as a friend was also scammed. Email responses are always the same & never address the issues. Just a format full of lame excuses.
I want my money back & would like to see this Whatsmode shut down.
