SCAM, TERRIBLE

My shipment showed up a month late. Once it finally arrived it was in extremely poor packaging and DAMAGED merchandise. On top of that the merchandise (boots) were NOT as presented on line and were made with extremely poor quality material and were CHINESE sizes and NOT U.S. sizes so they were extremely small.

When I reached out to process the return, the customer service was terrible. They told me I would have to pay to return the items which at UPS will cast over 100$ to ship back to CHINA (WTF). At US POST office it would cost 75 to ship back which is more than the cost of the merchandise.

WhatsMODE refused to provide return label and pay for the return shipping. They also gave the impression that they didn't believe the size was incorrect. They asked for size comparison pictures, what company does that!

Worst experience I have ever had. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. its a scam and whatever you do DO NOT SHOT WITH WHATSMODE> that company should be reported and SHUT DOWN.

Ordered a pair of boots-received some ugly suede shoes-not even close to what was ordered. Returned merchandise and requested correct item be sent. They responded asking for pictures and that was it. They never sent the product nor credited my credit card.

Good afternoon,
I ordered a pair of boots and a sweater that was never shipped, the emails back and forth never resolved anything so I conducted some research and found the information needed to contact the Company that handles there accounting (attached) I spoke to Michael and he sent the information needed to have the correct accountant contact me and he did the next day, which is listed on the type of complaint.

It took only three days and I have been refunded, I am attaching the information needed this way who ever reads this will have the ability to resolve there conflict with this Company as I did.

I ordered from whatsmode on decemeber 5th 2018 and its now Jan 11,2019 and still havent recieved my order, they took my money they sent me a fake tracking no# and wont respond to emails! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
