Two appointments missed

In one week I have dealt with lack of honesty, and customer service as well as missing two days of work from Comcast failing to commit to there appointments and schedules

On 03/05/2019 I had an appointment scheduled from 2-4PM your window that I scheduled 03/04/2019. The technician never showed up at my house after me taking a day off of work to be home for the appointment .

I called at 3:45PM to find out where the technician is and the representative who barely understood English , said no tech appointment was scheduled. I asked to speak with a supervisor after him having me on hold for 20min with no answers or feedback and he tells me the supervisor will call me back when they can!! This is unacceptable service . If I ask to speak with a supervisor a supervisor should be available to handle any escalated issues . I should Not be on the phone for 20min with no answers or feedback as to why the technician never showed . Still I’m on the phone waiting for a supervisor . 18min now and no tech or answers !!

The same thing happened on 02/28th I moved and scheduled a tech to come to my home, they never came and that very night was on the phone for over an hour being transferred to multiple reps to
Figure out why. They sent someone the next day but I also missed a day of work because of that issue . I spent over an hour of my time being transferred around to different representatives and I also missed time of work for the inconsistent customer service and lack of ability to keep appointments .

I expect to be accommodated for these issues that should Not be happening .

Late fees and will not help resolve issue on their app

Xfinity is charging me late fees every month been trying to change my due date they have told me they can not do it I have to do it on the Xfinity my account app. when I try to access this account to do as asked it tells me that i cant access this page cause my account is a prepaid account which it is not I went to a local office showed them they told me to contact customer service which I did 3 days in a row the issue is still unresolved every time I call they tell me this is being escalated to another department to solve this problem they are still charging me a late fee cause I cant change my due date because of something on their end. I have been trying to change my due date on my bill since August can not gain access where I need to change this because of something on Xfinity end and nobody can help but they can keep over charging me.

Terrible service

I The internet services not working properly since I upgraded the service from prepaid to a contract. Thinking that I will get better speed since I work from home and rely on the internet for work.
I have been having issues non stop the internet keeps interrupting every day all day causing me miss time from work trying to resolve this. Every time I call there’s a temporary solution but not a real help. First they said it was my modem so I went and spent over $100 in a new modem. The problem continued. When I called the customer service representative are rude it feels like they don’t want to resolve my situation or am bothering them. When I asked for an appointment for someone to come and verify the equipment or the installation the said I was going to be charge $100 when requested a manager the customer service representative said the manager stated that I can go back to prepaid if I wanted to. After leaving me on hold the disconnected the call. I am really frustrated this is costing me hours of work time and money. This is all in a week timeframe. I cannot get a different provider due to this is the only provider my apartment complex accept.
