Zolucky scammed by sending different and damaged oroduct
Awful business, stay clear. I ordered my wife 4 pairs of socks with seams on the bottom, they are unusable, and a blouse arrived with an ink stain right in the middle of the shirt. When I advised zolucky, they offered 15% off and showed me their policy to return to China at my expense. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY OR YOULL REGRET IT LIKE ME. All of the pictures look like a nice item, but it’s all made of cheap light thin cotton t shirt material, absolutely junk not even wearable on the farm doing chores.. company won’t refund until I remove every feedback and mailed back to China.. stay clear

Cheap clothing! Tried to return but no reply from the company.
I bought two shirts for my wife for Christmas but they were not as advertised - very cheaply made and thin material. I tried to contact the company by email three times (because they have no phone number) but I did not receive any reply.

Reviews are denied
I ordered several items. The pictures are nothing like what you receive. The material is itchy, thin, and Asian sizes-cheaply made; one would buy from a cheap market. The reviews are fake, and can't leave one because it is disabled from users leaving one. This is a scam. If trying to return, have to pay the shipping fee to China, which is more than what the clothes are worth. Stay away from this company. Hopefully, they will be shut down and stopped from taking advantage of Americans.

Never purchase clothing from Zolucky
The clothing looks cute and stylish, the prices are comparable to most large retailers like Kmart and Target, and the site gives clear instructions to get returns processed. I normally wear size 4 clothing so naturally ordered all my purchases in that size. Their size 4 was more like a 2. In order to process your return you have to take photos of you wearing the clothes to PROVE they don't fit! I have been waiting for over three months for this scam company to process my returns. Give it up people, shop somewhere else or be ready to donate the clothes to a charity.

Never recieved order, No refund, SCAM
I placed an order on 12/3/20 for Christmas presents. After many emails back and forth we realize the shipping address is off by one number. We changed the ship to address why the package was in Illinois. Several emails again exchanged saying give them "10 days" to find out info on the shipment location. January 25th I get an email that the shipment is being returned and I can not get a refund. Christine Wu then offered me a 30% disc on a future order. Scam , Scam Scam
