Order to MONTHS to come and ended up not being the items I ordered! It appears they just drew a pattern on white fabric and sent it to me. No Woven fabric, no embroidery, no buttons, etc. Cheap trash!

Their product looks very different from what they show on their website. The quality is very bad. When I return them, they provide an invalid phone number to make return very difficult. Finally I tried very hard to make return work, they just don't give you refund. Btw, returning to China is very expensive, I need to pay shipping fee myself, I just don't want to keep a bunch of junk. I am a chinese, this is a chinese company, I hate my experience with them. I am very sad about their way of operation. My advice is not buy from them, I hope they will bankrupt soon.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. The products are VERY cheaply made and look nothing like advertised. Additionally, the customer service is non-existent and their website does not work properly to try and get help.
I placed the order on Nov 26th for Christmas. My order arrived on January 9th - well after Christmas and completely outside the window of PROMISED delivery. When I tried to return the order, their website could not find my order. I then tried several times to contact them through their website being assured my message was received. I NEVER got contacted until I posted a dispute on 'pi$$edcustomer.com'. Zolucky wanted screenshots of my messages posted through their website. WHAT? That is NOT even possible. Finally they said they would not allow my return because it was past 15 days. This is obscenely unfair and robbery. I TRIED to return the items in their 15 day return window. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I ordered several items -- socks, shoes, a sweater. They sent me socks that looked nothing like the ones in the photo. I complained and said I wanted to return them, but they never gave me the opportunity. (They said I would receive information about how to make the return, but I never did.) I never received the shoes or the sweater. I filed a complaint via Paypal to get my money back. They are so fraudulent. Don't fall for them!

I reported that there is a bad seam in some shoes I purchased. I wanted to see how they took care of their problem before I put in my next order.
Guess what?! They suggested I pay to send them back to CHINA! Seriously!! I told them that wasn't right so they reluctantly offered to refund me 15%!! Seriously!!
So I won't shop on their site and deleted my next order and suggested they go ahead and keep my money paid for defective shoes.

Product description are not accurate. Photos are deceptive, the clothing received looked nothing like the pics; synthetic cheap material. The reviews of happy customers are fake, they block you from making a review. I contacted support and by the time you email and they respond, they tell you the seven day refund window has expired and you can’t return the items for a refund. I will be making a formal complaint to the Federal Trade Commission for deceptive business practices.
