RUTURN POLICY IS A FRAUD

No where on their site does it state buyer must pay for return to china... Although the items are shipped to the customer from a local address;; mine is south san francisco. the items purchased say they are cotton... They are not! this is a scam.

I attempted to return the items I received which were poor quality, and ill-fitting. They offered only a 15% refund, unless I wanted to ship them to China, (even though the items came from San Francisco) at my own expense. I printed the label they gave me, and when I went to Fedex, they told me it was an invalid address!!! Complete scam, do NOT order from this company

No returns for credit allowed !!!!

I bought a pair of shoes from Zolucky. First it took 3 weeks to get to me. Ok but when I got the shoes they were the wrong size. Shoe size was in EU sizes that they sent, yet on the order site it was in US Sizes. Shoes were way too big. So I asked for a replacement and was told that I would have to pay shipping back to China!!!!! OMG it would cost as much as the shoes cost me. I took the $2.33 cent credit but wanted others to know the quality is less than accurate and the return process is not published on their site and it is a rip off. I will post this wherever I can to advise others to NOT SHOP ON ZOLUCKY.COM.

Clothing nothing like advertised

I ordered tops that look like good quality on the website. When I received them they were wrong sizes and didn't look like what was portrayed. cheap material used. I wanted to return. Like others I got the same response that I needed to pay postage to return to China. They offered me a small percentage of the whole order if I didn't return. To return is just as expensive as the order so what is the point. I assume they already know this so know they are scamming you in every way. Don't use this company for anything!!

Total scam

The clothes are falsely advertised. The tops are around 20-30 dollars each. The images online show quality clothing. In reality the clothes are cheap, shiny, poor quality fabric that doesn’t fit. I have been unable to contact anyone to file a return/complaint. Very disappointed. These images were shown to be a cotton blend with embroidery in their website. I wish I could block this site, so they can’t hustle anyone else... I am totally turned off from ordering online.
