Cash App support on a transaction the reps scammed me into purchasing 1215 dollars amt of google pay card.

I've been scammed during an attempts to receive customer service help from Cash App support on a transaction. I was told to resolve the issue I needed to purchase Google play card and provided the numbers which I did. Then after this I was not provided the transfer to my correct bank card the cash that was sent to md. Instead there was no response from Sky or Arran Rich the names provided to me. This is a scam and please learn from my judgement. I will discontinue cash app services and try to escalate to Square to investigate.

Cash app is going into my account taking money without permission. I report it to them and they tell me the only way I can get my money back is to purchase a google play card. I go and purchase the google play card for whatever amount they tell me and then they never put the money back into my account. This happen to me 4 times. So not they have my money from my account and my google play money I purchased. Bitashi

I was scammed by CASH APP

I sent 40 dollars to my friend through CASH APP
after he had recieved the DEBIT CARD required by THEM from THEM. When my friend called to set up the card and PIN # the Customer Service representative asked for his pin number. My friend gave him the card number and pin and was told to please wait. A couple minutes later my friend got a text notification that his 40 dollars was sent successfully to a PETER GREVE. But my friend never sent the money to this person. When he called back they kept hanging up on him. He immediately called me and gave me the Customer service number but when i called and explained what had happened i was also hung up on.

Fake Cash App Support On Google

I had an error on Cash App. I Googled Cash App support and a number popped up so I called it. The representative asked me for my Cashtag name I gave it to him it was an India man. He then asked for my pin to verify my account. I told him that I needed to file a dispute for an unauthorized charge of $2,400 that was taken out of my account. He said the reason it was taken is because my account is not verified that he will credit my money back but he will be crediting back $2,900 and to verify it I need to go to Walmart and buy a $500 Google play card after I give them the PIN number they’ll load it into Cash App system and my account will be verified they’ll even refund the $500 making me receive $2,900 I gave them my pin in the beginning they were able to break into my account. Luckily I was having problems with my account because while I was on the phone a declined charge of $300 came through my email. Had I not reported my card lost/stolen the day before my account would’ve been cleaned out. They even sent the charge out of my account to myself so that I wouldn’t be able to dispute it.

I received money via cash app.tosay. I wasn't sure if it posted account went in to my cash app card. I looked online on cash app support no answers. So I looked up cash app customer service number on Google. Well when I did 8779757810 cash app instant help.came.up well I called the number to get help and spoke to 4 different persons. Nothing sat first seemed odd but as they asked me questions and kept prolonging that's when I knew it was fraud. Then I looked at my cash app account and a Imani Keith $shedrums tried to take 100 out which was declined. I charged my account and I blocked this person.

I had a $170 in my cash account! I went to transfer it from the account to the cash card, when there was a failed attempt! So I called and the 1st person I talked to attempted to rectify the problem and said that it was a technical issue and he would fix the problem and call me back in 30 minutes! Forty five minutes later, no call back! So I called in, retold what happened back to the 2nd person and he stated that my money now was caught in a server and that I needed to pay 50 dollars to get the money back! I questioned paying more money to get my money back from a mistake on their end! Here comes the attitude from the car and then he hung up! This was repeated 3 times! I talked to 3 other reps and one if them said that I need to pay $200 to get my money released and another said $400 to get the release! All of them hung up the phone and never answered my call again! I go back to the app to see the the money was deposited into a BOA account and I'm not an account holder of that bank! These guys are scammers to say the least!
