Motor Vehicle Service Notification SCAM

Monetary Loss: $0
I have been getting automatic recording calls stating my car warranty has expired or about to expire. Calls moved to receiving cards (white/pink) in the mail requesting immediate response regarding my vehicle warranty. The first time I received a card (white) I was upset because it states the rate was increasing and I called because my warranty is included in my car payment. When the guy ask for my vehicle information and my personal information, I told him that if I had a warranty with the company it should already be on file and I wasn't giving him anything and told him to remove my address from their mailing list and do not call anymore. Recently I received a pink card, no company name or address, I figured it was the same people so I called anyway to ask why their still sending me their SCAM and advised the man I was filing a complaint with the BBB and hung up the phone. He called me right back from phone number 714-513-2719, ad disconnected number, go figure. If you are a legit business why call from a spoofed phone number? I called back the following day to get the name of the company to file my complaint and a loud rude lady answered, knew my name, my guess they store your phone number. she said the company was Endurance and noted I had called back in March requesting to not be called again, so why are you contacting me again? Who do they think would do business with a company that sends out cards, no company name or address, rude loud agents answering calls, attempting to SCAM consumers with their bogus vehicle warranty.Sorry Endurance, or whoever you are, try scamming someone else cause Im no fool..
