Terrible customer service! I wish I had researched this company first and read all the bad reviews. They're true! I bought an LED flickering flame light bulb rated for 50,000 hours. Yeah, right! It lasted about 5 months and now barely turns on. They've been dragging me out for over a month now trying to get a refund. Go somewhere else!!!

I ordered a item one and a half months ago and never received it and there is no way to contact the company...Big scam, stray away from any of there business.

Ordered an item and it has not been received. Despite numerous emails, the company refuses to give my money back. They say that the product is in transit, and has been delayed at customs. When I demanded my money back, they said that I had to wait until I received the product and then send it back. I would be "reimbursed" when they received it. This company is totally fraudulent, and should not be in business in the US if they can't ship within a reasonable time frame and without having their product "delayed" due to customs. I have opened a ticket with PayPal, and I am asking that PayPal reimburse me.

order no 294262 on 27January 2018, tracking #LAOBB1004991063YQ and can be tracked in t.17track.net but no update after 3 February 2018. Wrote several mails to [email protected] straydeal and 'Lance' who responds to mails has no clue about my order delivery. ALL CHEATING AND BIG SCAM?.... Straydeal.com order can be tracked and no update. I received text and mail on order confirmation. I have several emails exchanged with them but they are not deliveyring.
